Bubu & Co. - turning a tailor's overflow into a real lead engine.

Bubu & Co. - coordinated event-wear hero, 'Dress everyone in your story'
Live site: bubu & co. →

The brief

A custom-event-wear tailor - the same one who hand-made the coordinated outfits for our founder's wedding - was getting flooded with inquiries afterward. Friends, friends of friends, and strangers from the wedding photos all wanted the same thing: unified, custom garments for their events. Weddings, milestone birthdays, family reunions, naming ceremonies.

The work was there. The system to capture it wasn't. Inquiries were coming in by DM, voice note, and WhatsApp message - easy to lose, hard to qualify, impossible to scale.

She needed one place to send people. Something that explained the offer clearly, captured the right details up front, and put every new lead somewhere she could actually work from.

What we built

A coordinated-event-wear website built around the way the tailor actually works.

  • -Clear positioning at the top: "Dress everyone in your story." One line, one offer.
  • -Three-step "How it works" that walks the host through what to expect - no guesswork.
  • -Photo gallery showing real coordinated groups in past events as proof.
  • -Comprehensive lead form that captures everything the tailor would otherwise have to chase: name, WhatsApp, event type, event date, garment deadline, guest count (broken out by women / men), motif and color scheme, and free-form style notes.
  • -Lead delivery - every submission lands in her email and a Google Sheet she can sort, filter, and follow up from.
  • -WhatsApp as primary CTA - the form is thorough, but if a host wants to skip ahead, the WhatsApp link is one tap away with a pre-filled message.
  • -Direct-to-tailor option - visitors can also go straight to her existing channels without filling out the form.

The site is conversational, photo-led, and tuned to how event hosts actually shop: by feel, by example, by talking it through.

The outcome

Bubu & Co. is live. Every inquiry now arrives with the details the tailor needs to quote and schedule - instead of a back-and-forth that used to take days. The Google Sheet means she can see her pipeline at a glance, and the WhatsApp pre-fill means hot leads can still skip the form entirely.
